How to Make a JME Rap AI Video
Photo, mode, credits and posting guide
Quick answer
Sign in to Mic Check Studio, upload one adult photo and choose the Check One Check Two mode. A 10-second 9:16 clip costs 340 credits at 480p or 760 at 720p. Download the silent MP4 and add the Check One, Check Two sound inside TikTok, Reels or Shorts.
What You Need
- One clear photo of yourself or a consenting adult — JPG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB, at least 300 × 300 pixels, face visible and mouth unobstructed.
- A signed-in Mic Check Studio account. Browsing the guides and pricing does not require an account.
- Purchased credits: 340 for a 480p clip or 760 for 720p. Packs start at $5 for 500 credits; there is no free trial.
Step 1 — Pick a Clear Adult Photo
A front-facing photo works best. Keep the face visible and the mouth uncovered — no sunglasses, masks, heavy filters or a hand in front of the lips. Waist-up or full-body framing gives the scene more posture to work with.
Use your own photo or an adult who has agreed to the edit. Photos of minors and public figures — including JME, Skepta or any other artist — are not allowed.
Step 2 — Choose the Mode and Resolution
Both resolutions output the same 10-second, silent 9:16 MP4. Resolution only changes the credit cost.
| Mode | Scene | Photo guidance | Credits per video |
|---|---|---|---|
| Check One Check Two | You facing the camera up close, lip-syncing the opening line | One clear adult photo, front-facing, mouth unobstructed | 340 at 480p / 760 at 720p |
| Freestyle JME | Not available in this version — the doubled-up take needs a different motion source | — | — |
Step 3 — Sign In, Buy Credits and Generate
Open the studio and sign in. Add your photo, confirm the mode and resolution, then check the displayed credit cost. If your balance is too low, buy a pack before generating.
Follow the task status in the studio. Processing time varies — leave the page open or come back later, the task keeps running. When the video is ready, review it and download the MP4 from your history.

Step 4 — Download and Add the Sound
The export contains no audio. Upload it to your posting platform, tap "Add sound" and search for "Check One, Check Two" by Luke Dean, Locky and Jme. Preview the timing before you publish — the lip-sync lands on the same beats as the source clip.
The clip is already 9:16 vertical, so it fills the frame on TikTok, Reels and Shorts without cropping.
Step 5 — Review and Share
- Check the face, the lip-sync and the framing before you share it.
- Confirm that any adult whose photo you used agrees to the post.
- Use the platform's AI-content label when required. Never upload photos of minors or public figures — including JME himself.
Photo Do's and Don'ts
Do
- Use a sharp photo with even lighting on the face.
- Frame one adult clearly, waist-up or full-body.
- Keep the mouth uncovered and unobstructed.
Don't
- Cover the face with sunglasses, a mask or a heavy filter.
- Use group shots, tiny faces or extreme side profiles.
- Upload blurred images, harsh shadows or very small files.
Troubleshooting
The face or lip-sync looks off
Try a sharper photo with the face straight to camera and the mouth fully visible. The lip-sync follows the source clip exactly, so a clean front-on face gives the model the best chance.
I am not sure which photo to use
Use a clear photo of yourself or a consenting adult — face visible, mouth uncovered. Photos of minors and public figures are not allowed.
My task is still processing or has failed
Check its status in the studio. For a confirmed failed task, charged credits are returned automatically after refund processing. Contact support if the task or balance does not update.
The result looks soft
Start with a higher-quality photo and check your chosen output resolution. 720p uses 760 credits per clip; 480p uses 340. Changing resolution requires a new generation.
